RESERVATIONS

Reservations are welcome, and are requested to be made at least 24 hours in advance for any of our services. At the time of your reservation, we will request credit or debit card information from you. No charge will be made to your credit or debit card unless you are unable to arrive for your appointment, and fail to give proper notice. Reservations can be made by calling 843-222-0319



24-HR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is joyfully anticipated and artfully prepared! Please provide Mriga Spa with a minimum of 24 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment(s). If 24 hours notice of cancellation is not provided, we will charge your credit card 50% of the day’s total service(s) value.



PAYMENT

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, Mriga Spa Gift Certificates, Visa, Master Card and Discover.



GIFT CERTIFICATES

Give the ultimate gift of pampering and relaxation, great gifts for men, women or teens. A spa gift certificate is guaranteed to make anyone on your list very happy. Choose from a variety of special spa treatments. Please call, or stop in for your Gift Certificate.



GRATUITIES

Gratuities for spa services are always appreciated, and if you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to your Spa Technician.



WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

In order to ensure that each client is able to enjoy their experience, we ask that you please speak softly upon entering the spa, and silence your cell phone. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes early, allowing you time to check in and unwind. Mriga Spa is designed to be a relaxing and calming environment, therefore, children and young adults are asked not to be in the spa unsupervised.



Your initial visit to the spa, we will ask you to fill out a Client Intake Form, which will include such information as:

In the event that we discover that you have a pre-existing condition that prevents a service from being performed, you may be charged for the service. Depending on the condition, you may be required to have written clearance from your doctor before scheduling or receiving a future service.



If you are pregnant, it is important to let us know when scheduling your appointment. Massage CANNOT be performed during the first trimester.
